Implant Dentistry in the River Valley

Winborn Family Dentistry is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles again and improve their overall health.

Missing teeth act as a bacteria breeding ground, which can lead to infections and increased risk of gum disease. Your remaining teeth can also shift to fill the empty space left behind. This can lead to difficulty eating, speaking clearly, and even TMJ. By choosing dental implants, you will be saving yourself from a lot of issues that can impact your daily life. Dental implants can help alleviate pain in your mouth and restore your beautiful smile to its former glory. See how we can help you shine!

Oral Surgery

Our oral surgery in Fort Smith, AR ranges from dental implants, tooth extractions, root canals, bone grafting, wisdom teeth removal, and more. The staff at Winborn Family Dentistry specializes in oral surgery to improve your overall health. While we take every step possible to keep your teeth healthy, sometimes oral surgery is necessary to improve your dental health. If you are nervous about your upcoming oral surgery, we offer sedation services where you will take a small pill the night before and morning of your appointment. You will need someone to drive you to and from the procedure. At the start of the procedure, we will administer laughing gas. If you decide to use sedation, you will be conscious but you will not be aware of what is going on. Many of our patients elect to use sedation to make the process easier!

Implant Prosthodontics

Implants are one of the only dental treatments that are considered permanent with proper care. Once a tooth is lost or extracted, teh surrounding bone is absorbed back into the body. Unlike traditional restorations, implants act like tooth roots to stimulate the jaw. This prevents bone recession!

If your dentures are loose, it can make everyday activities difficult and even embarrassing. Securing your dentures with implants means you will never have to worry about these issues again.

Dental implants can address the following concerns:

  • Badly damaged teeth
  • A single missing tooth
  • Several missing teeth
  • An entire arch of missing teeth
